According to distributor China Lion’s Facebook page, recent China-Taiwan co-production Starry Starry Night is getting a theatrical release in SA, NSW and VIC from this Thursday, October 4.
The film is a coming-of-age story based on a childrens’ picture book by Taiwanese artist Jimmy Liao, the second feature from Taiwanese director Tom Lin. It stars Josie Xu (from CJ7), Rene Liu, Harlem Yu, Kenneth Tsang and Eric Lin. John really liked this one when he saw it, read his review to find out why!
